Do I need a BER Cert for my property?
There are a number of reasons why you might need to arrange a BER Assessment for your home.
BER Assessments for Selling
If you are selling your property in Co. Longford, Westmeath, Offaly or Laois, then you will require an up-to-date and valid BER certificate.

If you are considering, or are in the process of letting (renting) your residential property, then you will need to hold a valid BER certificate.
This is a legal requirement for any properties that are being offered for let in the Republic of Ireland.
